Ragn-Sells took over the ownership and operation of the Häradsudden waste facility outside Norrköping in 2015 and has since built a modern recycling facility focused on safe and environmentally friendly management of various types of waste such as ashes, sludge, operational waste, and contaminated soils. Häradsudden received a new permit in 2022, allowing for growth with new landfills, larger volumes, and the opportunity to develop several new treatment techniques.

About the role

At the facility, fly ash from combined heat and power plants is handled, a residual material that, after treatment, is used to cover landfills. As an operator, you are responsible for controlling, monitoring, and adjusting the mixing process where the fly ash is mixed with water. The work takes place both outside at the process and inside the control room, making the days varied with a combination of practical and supervisory tasks.

When the material is fully processed, you will move it further within the facility using a wheel loader and dumper. The role also includes basic maintenance work and keeping the process area clean and organized, both manually and with the help of various machines and vehicles.

You will also have contact with drivers delivering waste to the facility and guide them to ensure that the fly ash is handled safely and securely.

We are looking for a calm and secure person with a curious attitude, who takes initiative and works independently based on clear guidelines.

We are looking for you with..

• Good Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
• Experience driving larger vehicles, such as agricultural machinery
• Class B driver's license and access to your own car
• Experience with basic repair work and a mechanical interest

Meritorious for the position

• Good experience in operating wheel loaders and a valid wheel loader certificate.
• Class C driver's license

Working hours: Shift 1 Monday-Friday 05:30-14:00, Shift 2 Monday-Thursday 14:00-00:00. Introduction will take place during daytime 07:00-16:00.
Salary: GFL and applicable OB compensation
